TMG offers health insurance coverage options through United Medical Resources. Plan Highlights are below.

Employees are able to enroll and/or change elections with qualifying life events and during open enrollment periods through adp.com

2026:

12/1/25 - 12/15/25: 2026 TMG Open Enrollment Period

01/01/26: 2026 TMG Open Enrollment elections activation date

01/01/26: Deductibles and Out-of-Pocket Expenses Maximums reset

2027:

12/1/26 - 12/15/26: 2027 TMG Open Enrollment Period

01/01/27: 2027 TMG Open Enrollment elections activation date

Monthly Premium Information:

Premiums are covered at 95% and the amounts below reflect the employee’s monthly contribution for 2026.

Employee: $38.64

Employee + Spouse: $98.46

Employee + Children: $105.98

Employee + Family: $165.78

If your spouse is employed and has access to health insurance coverage through their employer and you would still like your spouse to be on TMG's plan there is a $1,000 per month surcharge.

Provider Registration:

Once enrolled, UMR will be prompted to send your membership card to the address you have listed in https://workforcenow.adp.com/.

Your insurance card will have your member identification number and group number (76414847) which you can use to file with care providers, file claims, register with UMR, etc.

We recommend that you register your member information with the provider. Once registered, you will gain access to:

  • Coverage details (Once Available).

  • Claims status.

  • Deductible and Out-of-Pocket status.

  • Locate care provider services.

  • View, print, and request new insurance cards.

Opt-Out Stipend:

For employees who decide to opt out of TMG's health insurance coverage, they will receive a monthly stipend based on the following schedule.

Employee: $200

Employee + Spouse: $200

Employee + Children: $350

Employee + Family: $350


UMR has a mobile app available in the App Store (Apple) or through Google Play (Android). You can use the app to access insurance information and schedule appointments with your tablet or phone.
