Referrals Program

TMG wants to make referrals its top source of new hires.  We believe that candidates recommended as great talent are most likely to be the top candidates that we are looking for.

We encourage you not only to make referrals from your personal and professional networks but also to ask your network for referrals of the most talented people they know; these "second-degree" network referrals can increase our reach up to 1,000 times the number of top candidates.

To further encourage referrals, we have an incentive program to celebrate referrals as follows:

1. For all referrals that reach a second-round interview (good referrals), we will award the referrer dinner for 2 at a restaurant of their choice. There is a $200 pp limit, so the total eligible for reimbursement is $400

2. For all full-time referrals hired, we will award the referrer $1,000 paid via paycheck within one month of the candidate’s first day.  Interns’ referrals will be given $500 upon joining and an additional $500 should the intern be offered and join TMG on a full-time basis.

3.  For all referrals still employed 3 years after the hire, we will award the referrer cash based on the candidate's performance; for referring our median employee at the current performance level, this award would be more than $5,000.

Our goal in this program is to incentivize referrals of candidates who become highly productive long-term employees.  In particular, we will be hiring for numerous junior-level openings in the next year since we are understaffed at this tenure; you will have nearly unlimited opportunities to refer junior candidates.  Please follow these instructions to make a referral.
